Terms of Use

By accessing or using the Service, you affirm that you are at least 18 years old or have reached the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

FastPic is a cloud service for managing images and related media. Users can upload, store, transform, and share multimedia content through our website and API. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with reasonable notice where practical.

• To use certain features, you must register an account.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent activities.
• Violate any laws or third-party rights, including intellectual property.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.

You may not upload, store, or share through FastPic any content that:

• Depicts child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or sexual exploitation of minors.
• Infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights you do not hold or have not licensed.
• Incites violence or hatred against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics.
• Contains malware, phishing content, or is otherwise designed to harm users or systems.
• Violates any applicable law in the jurisdictions where you operate or where the content is accessed.

We reserve the right to remove such content and terminate offending accounts without notice.

• You retain ownership of content you submit through the Service.
• By submitting content, you grant FastPic a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, transform (resize, re-encode, convert format), cache, and deliver your content solely to provide and improve the Service.
• FastPic may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

FastPic responds to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and similar laws. To submit a takedown notice, send an email to [email protected] including:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized agent.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• Identification of the infringing material and its location on FastPic (direct URL).
• Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

If you believe content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address with analogous information.

• FastPic offers both free and paid plans.
• Fees for paid plans are clearly communicated before purchase.
• Payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for non-payment.

• FastPic and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the Service itself, including the API, website, branding, and documentation.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without prior written consent.

• You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on the Service.
• FastPic may suspend or terminate your access for violations of these Terms or other policies.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.

• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available".
• FastPic disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FastPic is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of or inability to use the Service.

You agree to indemnify and hold FastPic harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Service.

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
• Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of Ukraine.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on the Service. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
